Design is the lens through which I approach every challenge. I aim to see the entire ecosystem of an idea; the legal, policy, economic, and business dimensions, but analyze and engage with them specifically from a designer’s perspective. I ask how regulatory constraints might shape user experiences, how a business model could influence service design, or how an economic trend can inform product architecture. My role is not to replace your technical, business, managerial, legal, or financial advisors, but to complement them, adding depth and clarity when and where it matters most.
My methods and the counsels I offer are intentionally unorthodox and deliberately un-academic. They lean more toward experience than structure, intuition than theory. I prefer shaping my ideas in the fire of real-world execution, than the quiet halls of academia, and I try not to rely on frameworks that feel distant or removed from the messy, unpredictable process of bringing ideas to life.
To draw an analogy, taking advice from me, is like taking a boxing class from Muhammad Ali versus reading a well researched book about boxing. The book can teach you the history and theory of the sweet science, but Ali will show you the rhythm, the imperceptible tells in an opponent’s stance, and the instinctual timing of a punch you never saw coming. Ali operates on a level of embodied knowledge that theory alone cannot capture.
Likewise, I have developed a unique ability to see what others might overlook; the hidden connections, the subtle frictions, the elegant solutions that don’t follow conventional playbooks or blueprints. I can sense the emotional flow of a user through an interface, identify unspoken pain points in business processes, and uncover the narrative embedded within a business model. I have a knack for understanding how ideas feel, function, and resonate with people. This unique perspective is my primary value.
I recognize that other minds might see patterns and data trends I could miss, I don’t view this as a weakness, instead, I see it as an opportunity for collaboration. I aim to complement other advisors, not invalidate them: each of us working side by side to illuminate the different facets of the complex gem that is your successful venture.
