We’re thinkers, listeners, talkers, and doers: all rolled into one. We design brand identities, digital products, graphic illustrations, and web experiences. At the heart of everything we do is a passion for good design, which is only rivaled by our love for the creative process itself.
You could be a personal brand, a corporation, or a government entity—regardless of size, scale, or scope—we’ll meet you where you are. We’ll listen attentively to your needs, ask the right questions (lots of them!), and collaborate with you every step of the way to ensure the work we do on your behalf aligns with your vision.

• We maintain a simple and flat organizational structure, which encourages openness, agility, and responsiveness in all we do. Our founder, Nathanael, and other studio partners are actively involved in every project, ensuring that their passion and enthusiasm always reflect in all the work we produce. We extend this personal touch to every client—who eventually become integral members of our extended family—always valued, heard, and supported.
• We are proudly small and never intend to grow big. We also don’t actively seek outside services, and rarely participate in competitions: our goal is not to win awards or become famous (not that they’re bad). Our primary goal is to help businesses led by founders who put their users at the center of everything they do, have realistic deadlines, and appropriate budgets.
• We prioritize projects where we have direct access to key decision-makers and primary contacts who possess a deep understanding of their organization’s vision and goals. This allows for seamless collaboration and the elimination of unnecessary hurdles.
• We collaborate both internally and with clients like family; everyone gets involved in every project: from start to finish. We keep things simple and straightforward: no red tapes or bureaucracies, and no unnecessary meetings or egos getting in the way of good design.
Creating is all we know how to do, It’s the way we make sense of this world, the way impose order on the unknown, and the way we find meaning when there is nothing but darkness.
When we create, we navigate the delicate balance between instinct and thought, emotion and logic. This dance requires discipline, precision, and a willingness to take risks, both creatively and intellectually.
Our work is hard; it demands patience, perseverance, and an openness to learning from failure. But the excitement that comes from seeing our ideas come to life keeps us steady, focused, and unyielding, even in difficult times.
We’re not alone. Our community of like-minded individuals: founders, leaders, visionaries, and partners, share our passion and commitment for creating a better world. Together, we are united by a shared goal of making our world healthier, more educated, equitable, innovative, sustainable, happy, and peaceful.
We draw inspiration from the collective unconscious, that boundless ocean of primal energy that fuels our creative fervor and drives us toward artistic expression. In gratitude, and in return, we pour ourselves into our work, giving everything we can until there’s nothing left to give. And then, somehow, we find a way to give just a little more.
Because you were most likely referred by founders or organizations we’ve partnered with in the past, or are currently working with; and they most likely have told you what we are capable of.
In the end, however, the way you found us doesn’t matter much. The best way to know if we’d be a good fit is to look around our website, see if our vibes match, then reach out once you’re confident we’d work great together.
Please, when you reach out, don’t ask us for proposals, quotes, estimates for potential projects, or links to our best work. We think this practice is futile, has no practical value, and only reinforces a bias that shouldn’t exist in the first place.
Sharing “extra info” doesn’t guarantee that our work together will be successful. What matters most is the clarity of your goals, the quality of our synergy and collaboration, and the raw passion we both bring to the table.
We take our time. We prefer not to rush into projects or take on too much at once. Depending on the level of complexity, typical project timelines range from 3 months to 1 year, while smaller projects might take just a few weeks.
Statements like “we need it yesterday” or “it’s urgent” are not welcome. We prefer not to partner with clients who work this way. We are nimble and can work with speed when needed, but not at the expense of quality. We believe that quality matters, and that means being selective about the work we take on.
Because a significant portion of our work comes through referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations, the need to “showcase” our projects is almost non-existent. As a result, we rarely discuss most of our projects, allowing our clients to decide when and how they choose to publicize their initiatives.
At Tormer, automatic confidentiality is an essential aspect of our offerings, which our clients have come to appreciate over time. We may occasionally publish simplified summaries of project outcomes on our website: especially if our clients would benefit from the additional publicity, but discretion remains our top priority. You can learn more about our confidentiality policy here.
To further maintain discretion in our work, we also avoid writing case studies; this is because they often reveal too much information about projects and present an overly rosy portrayal of the studio’s involvement, often self-promotional, and always failing to accurately reflect the complexities of each project. They also provide little to no value to us or our clients, despite requiring a significant time investment to produce.
While we don’t actively seek out outside business, we’re always stoked to hear from founders and organizations who are passionate about making a positive impact. Whether you’re working on a project that’s changing lives or simply trying to do your part for the planet, we want to hear about it.
Even if our plate is full and can’t collaborate on your project directly, we’d love to share ideas and offer some insights from our own experiences. We believe that by lifting each other up and sharing knowledge, we can all make a bigger difference in the world. If you want to feature Tormer in the press, please visit the press desk.
