1. We want you to take your time: Choosing a mark should be a thoughtful decision, not one made impulsively. This is why we (I)Designed the entire process of adopting a mark – from initial inquiry to asset delivery – to be slow and intentional. (II) Made sure there are no immediate payment links for any mark on our website, giving you the right amount of “cool-off” you need throughout the transfer process. (III)Provided dedicated presentation pages for each mark, allowing you ample opportunity to evaluate and consider your options before requesting a transfer.
1.1 You won’t be alone: Following a successful transfer, Tormer offers complimentary three-month support to address any design challenges related to your chosen mark. Also, If you have any questions or need clarification at any point in the transfer process, please reach out to us.
1.2a Ready when you are: When you are ready to proceed, click on “Initiate transfer” fill out the short form, make sure to select the type of transfer you prefer. and the mark will be reserved for you in a few hours. 1.2b First Reserve Basis: The first person to reserve a mark has the opportunity to own it. The website will be updated promptly to reflect reserved marks.

There are two types of transfers available: White Glove and Red Glove.
2. On white glove transfers: White glove transfers are standard transfers, they are best suited to clients who require modifications before asset delivery. To help you better understand what to expect during each stage of the “White glove” reservation process, refer to the timeline below: please note that timelines may vary depending on the complexity of a mark, and the level of modifications involved. (I) – Day 1)When filling out the transfer form, select “white glove transfer” After receiving your submitted form, we’ll reserve your mark about a few hours from the time we received your request. (II)- Around Day 2-3)After reserving your mark, you’ll receive an email regarding modifications, payment instructions, and a brief overview of the next steps. (III)- Around day 4-6)Upon confirmation of payment, our team will begin making necessary modifications to your logo. This may include adding a tagline, adjusting the color scheme, or other personalized changes.(IV) – Around day 7-12)Once the mark has been modified and your final approval has been received, all assets will be prepared, including all related documents, and sent to your email. Depending on your needs, Marks can be provided in various versions, including primary, secondary, and tertiary versions, etc. and various formats including AI, Figma, EPS, PDF, SVG, and PNG, etc. In addition, we may create a Basic Foundational Mark Usage Guide that outlines the logo’s color palette, marks, typography, and other core design elements. We may also design basic office stationery items featuring the new logo, including business cards, letterheads, ID cards, envelopes, and other relevant documents.
2.2 On Red glove transfers: Red Glove Transfers are expedited transfers that can be completed within 48 hours. They are not automatic but offer faster processing times compared to standard (white glove) transfers. Red Glove Transfers are suitable for those who require the mark in its original state or have internal systems in place for modifications, for example, you’re a designer, a fellow design studio, or have access to designers who can help with modifications. When choosing Red Glove Transfers, it’s essential to note that once your request is received and payment is confirmed, source files will be sent to you within minutes or hours of confirmation. This includes access to all important documents associated with the mark.
2.2 Complimentary support: After a successful transfer, you’re entitled to three months of complimentary support. During this time, you can address any issues related to the mark or its intended use. If you still need our services after exhausting the complimentary support, you have the option to subscribe to Tormer’s DaaS Anchorage for $2999 per month.

3. On Reservations and Refunds: While we stand behind the quality of our marks, refunds or cancellations will not be entertained. All successful payments are considered final and non-refundable. Before reserving a mark, you have the opportunity to change your mind and reconsider your decision. This window remains open even after the mark has been reserved for you and after you’ve received the email regarding payments and modifications. Take advantage of this time to carefully evaluate whether a mark is suitable for your needs before giving the green light on modifications and making payments. We are confident that our clients make informed decisions, and payments typically indicate a commitment to proceed with ownership.

4. On Exclusivity:
All Mark Transfers are exclusive. They become yours once the transfer process is complete. You will also receive a copyright ownership transfer certificate, confirming your full rights and legal usage of the purchased Mark for private or commercial use. The mark may remain listed on our website, but will no longer be available for transfer.

5. Trademarks and copyright: We prioritize originality and conduct thorough due diligence to verify the authenticity of all marks before publishing them. This process is meticulously documented on our end. The license granted by Tormer after a successful transfer allows you to trademark the mark, making it your exclusive property. While you are legally entitled to trademark the logo after purchasing full rights, we strongly recommend consulting with a trademark attorney. They can guide you through the process, ensuring the logo meets trademark requirements in your region and industry.
