4.3 Specific Programs & Services Data: For our “Good Good” pro-bono branding program for nonprofits, we gather detailed information through the online application form to assess eligibility, and use several third-party tools to verify nonprofit status. For our monthly retainer design services, DaaS Anchorage, DaaS DeepSail and DaaS Tugboat, we collect the information necessary to deliver the service and manage your account effectively; this may include payment details processed securely through Lemonsqueezy. Finally, when reserving a premade mark, you will be required to provide us with your name, business information, contact information, payment information etc. and any other data crucial for successful execution.

4.4 Digital Products (Wares): Digital products are showcased on our website, but checkout, account creation, and management are handled by a third-party- currently Lemonsqueezy (for payment processing and invoicing).
